Mr. GUAN Qinchuan is the Secretary of the CPC FGEE Committee. In this role, he provides overall leadership for the CPC Committee in the faculty. In addition, he provides oversight for the confidentiality, united front, management of retired employees, labor union, and cadres of the faculty.

Dr. Lutz Pluemer is the International Dean of FGEE. In this role, he provides overall leadership, management and oversight of the construction of the international model faculty. He also plays a leadership role in recruiting foreign talents.

Dr. LIU Guoxiang is the Dean of FGEE. In this role, he provides overall leadership for long-range strategic planning related to administrative, financial, human resources, infrastructure and educational directions of the faculty. Additionally, he plays a leadership role in talent recruitment and retention.

Dr. XU Junhua is the Deputy Secretary of the CPC FGEE Committee and Associate Dean of FGEE. He plays a leadership role in internationalization, international cooperative education program, and general administration.

Mr. FU Yougang is the Deputy Secretary of the CPC FGEE Committee and Secretary of of FGEE. He provides leadership, management and oversight of the Discipline Inspection Committee in the faculty. He also plays a leadership role in student affairs, student recruitment, and career services.

Dr. GONG Zhengjun is the Associate Dean of FGEE. She provides leadership and management for assets and laboratories of the faculty, including the State-Province Joint Engineering Laboratory in Spatial Information Technology for High-speed Railway Safety.

Dr. Shuhei Okubo is the Associate Dean of FGEE. He provides leadership and management for the construction of the international model faculty. He also plays a leadership role in recruiting foreign talents.

Dr. ZHANG Yuchun is the Associate Dean of FGEE. He plays a leadership role in undergraduate education and management of the SWJTU-OSU Joint Bachelor’s Degree Program.

Dr. ZHAO Xiaoyan is the Associate Dean of FGEE. He plays a leadership role in research administration, external cooperation and exchange, and continuing education.

Dr. ZHU Jun is the Associate Dean of FGEE. He plays a leadership role in graduate education.

As director of the Teaching Affairs Office, Mrs. YAN Ling supports the teaching affairs including teaching quality evaluation, curriculum development, discipline construction, etc.

As director of the Student Affairs Office, Mrs. ZHOU Qing supports the student affairs including student unions, associations, volunteer activities, Communist Youth League, etc.

As director of the Academic Affairs Office, Mrs. CAI Hongbo supports the academic affairs including research application, teacher recruitment, evaluation, promotion, payroll, etc.

As director of the General Affairs Office, Mrs. GUAN Fang supports the internationalization, construction of the international model faculty, and general administrative affairs.

As director of the General Affairs Office, Mr. DU Hong supports the general administrative affairs including external liaison, outreach efforts, policy making, etc.
